Harmony Helper collects some data to provide services to your account such as name, e-mail address, birthday, and the songs you have uploaded to Harmony Helper (for full details please read our Privacy Policy). You may delete your account and all the associated data at any time (unless we are required by law to preserve your data, see the Privacy Policy).

Option 1. If you created an account with Harmony Helper, you can delete your account and all associated data in one step inside the app my clicking the “My Profile” button (top right), and clicking the “Delete Account” button at the bottom of the page.

Option 2. If you no longer have access to the mobile app, or only wish specific data to be deleted, please fill out this form to open a support request with the e-mail address associated with your account using the form belowe. Once we confirm your e-mail address we will ensure your account and data are deleted.

Important: Please note that deleting your account does NOT cancel any paid monthly subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — to cancel your subscription you must go through Apple or Google, please see instructions at :
